Before You Book

Is this the same property listed on Airbnb?
Yes — same condo, same host, same experience. Booking direct means no platform service fees and direct communication with Susan.
Do I need to pay now?
No. Submit your request and we'll confirm availability first. Once your dates are confirmed, 50% is due to lock them in and the balance is due two weeks before arrival.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 21 days (3 weeks) or more before check-in. 50% refund for 7–20 days. No refund for less than 7 days.
Is there a minimum stay?
Christmas bookings require a 5-night minimum. Otherwise, no minimum.
Can I bring my dog?
One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Please mention it in the special requests.
What about airport transportation?
We have a preferred driver, Johnny, who offers a 10% discount for our guests. We'll send his contact info with your booking confirmation.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a keypad code. You'll receive the code and full arrival instructions before your trip.
