Before You Book

Is this the same property listed on Airbnb?
Yes — same condo, same host, same experience. Booking direct means no platform service fees and direct communication with Susan.
Do I need to pay now?
No. Submit your request and we'll confirm availability first. You'll receive a secure payment link once confirmed.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund for 7–30 days. No refund for less than 7 days.
Is there a minimum stay?
Christmas bookings require a 5-night minimum. Otherwise, no minimum.
Can I bring my dog?
One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Please mention it in the special requests.
What about airport transportation?
We have a preferred driver, Johnny, who offers a 10% discount for our guests. We'll send his contact info with your booking confirmation.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a keypad code. You'll receive the code and full arrival instructions before your trip.
