Sit across the bay from Flamingo Marina. From the living room window you can watch the boats come and go. Restaurants, groceries, and a few easy local spots are all within walking distance, and Flamingo itself is 10 minutes up the road when you want its marina or a bigger night out.
The vibe here is relaxed and unhurried. The kind of place where locals still live, kids still play on the beach, and the casado at the corner sodas is better than anything you'll find at a resort.

This is a full kitchen — not a kitchenette with a hot plate. Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and enough counter space to actually cook. The breakfast bar faces the living room, so whoever's cooking doesn't miss the conversation.
The indoor dining table seats four to six comfortably. When you want more air and more sky, the patio table is right through the sliding doors — along with the gas BBQ, which gets put to use most evenings.

A Few Ground Rules

No smoking
No cigarettes, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property.
Pets
One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. If a dog is disruptive or unmanageable, guests will be asked to leave without refund.
Quiet hours
11 PM – 7 AM. The neighbors are people, not a resort.
Max guests
4 guests maximum. No additional visitors beyond the booking party.
Check-in
3:00 PM. Self check-in with keypad — no need to coordinate arrival.
Check-out
10:00 AM. Leave time for the cleaning crew to turn things around for the next guests.
